I have removed my CA-signed certificate from the Transporter folder and now my Transporter is inaccessible. How can I fix this?
There are several options you can choose from to fix this problem:
- Restart Transporter service
Take the steps described here to restart the Transporter service. After doing this, refresh the Transporter. This allows NAKIVO Backup & Replication to generate a self-signed certificate for the Transporter and to resume operations.
- Reinstall Transporter
Follow the steps described here to install the Transporter and CA-signed certificate.
- Update Transporter
Follow the steps described here to update the Transporter and reinstall CA-signed certificate.
