Problem
The transporter is inaccessible.
Solution

Ensure that the transporter host is not experiencing performance bottlenecks. Check the following resources.

Ensure the CPU usage is within acceptable limits.

Confirm that sufficient RAM is available.

Check disk IOPS to rule out storage issues.

Check network connectivity and firewall settings.

Ensure the ICMP Traffic is allowed. Run the following command. This should successfully return responses if the transporter is reachable.
ping <IP_of_transporter>

Verify that the following ports are open and accessible.

9448–10000

Ensure the antivirus, security software, or Windows Defender is not blocking the NAKIVO transporter service (bhsvc).

Verify that the NAKIVO transporter service (bhsvc) is running properly:

Ensure the service is not down or stuck.

If necessary, restart the service by following the instructions for Starting and Stopping Product Services.
