I am getting a white screen when switching to NAKIVO Backup & Replication in the browser. How can I fix this?

Solution

Add your NAKIVO Backup & Replication instance IP to the list of excluded IP addresses in your antivirus software. Here's an example of how to do this with ESET AntiVirus 8.0.2028.0. Take the following steps:

  1. Go to Advanced Settings.

  2. Select Web and Email.

  3. Select Protocol Filtering.

  4. Find Excluded IP addresses and click Edit.

  5. Click Add and enter the IP address.

  6. Click OK when you're done.
