I am getting a white screen when switching to NAKIVO Backup & Replication in the browser. How can I fix this?
Solution
Add your NAKIVO Backup & Replication instance IP to the list of excluded IP addresses in your antivirus software. Here's an example of how to do this with ESET AntiVirus 8.0.2028.0. Take the following steps:
- Go to Advanced Settings.
- Select Web and Email.
- Select Protocol Filtering.
- Find Excluded IP addresses and click Edit.
- Click Add and enter the IP address.
- Click OK when you're done.
