Regardless of your selection, the installation process takes less than 5 minutes. Moreover, you won’t need to download and configure any 3rd-party components. Once deployed, the solution is ready to be used, and all of its features become available out of the box without any extra configurations required. Choose the installation option that suits your infrastructure best.

Deploy as a Virtual Appliance

NAKIVO has created a pre-configured VMware Virtual Appliance (VA) that runs NAKIVO Backup & Replication. All you need to do is download the VA and import it in your VMware vSphere or Nutanix Prism. This is the most popular and easiest product deployment choice for VMware and Nutanix AHV environments since there is no need to prepare a VM and install an OS prior to installing the solution. The appliance also minimizes the risk of configuration errors in the deployment process.

Install on Windows

If your virtual infrastructure is Windows-centered, you can download the Windows installer on a physical or virtual machine. Run the installer and start using NAKIVO Backup & Replication for Windows in a couple of clicks.

Install on Linux

NAKIVO Backup & Replication can also be installed on Ubuntu, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, or on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS by running a single command.

Deploy as AWS Amazon Machine Image

You can instantly deploy NAKIVO Backup & Replication in Amazon Cloud from a pre-configured Amazon Machine Image. This will secure your AWS EC2 data in an efficient and automated manner. You will be able to backup your EC2 instances and restore any files, application objects, and even entire AWS instances to ensure all your critical information remains accessible at all times.
