Cannot Retrieve HPE StoreOnce Tape Capacity

Problem
NAKIVO Backup & Replication is unable to retrieve tape capacity data for added HPE StoreOnce tape devices.
Solution
If tape cartridge capacity is not shown correctly in the NAKIVO Backup & Replication UI, it may be due to an incompatible HPE StoreOnce configuration. Try the following:

                                                    Select the following library and drive emulation settings for the needed tapes in HPE StoreOnce: - 
                                                            Library Emulation: D2DBS Generic 
- 
                                                            Drive Emulation: LTO 3 
 
- 
                                                            
- 
                                                    Attach the tape device to the respective VM via iSCSI. 
- 
                                                    Update media changer device drivers. 
If you experience the same issue with other tape libraries or standalone tape drives, try updating the respective drivers.
