I am getting a white screen when switching to NAKIVO Backup & Replication in the browser. How can I fix this?
Solution
Add your NAKIVO Backup & Replication instance IP to the list of excluded IP addresses in your antivirus software. Here's an example of how to do this with ESET AntiVirus 8.0.2028.0. Take the following steps:

Go to Advanced Settings.

Select Web and Email.

Select Protocol Filtering.

Find Excluded IP addresses and click Edit.

Click Add and enter the IP address.

Click OK when you're done.
