Why is my SaaS repository still using disk space after I deleted all backups?

Answer

The SaaS repository uses PostgreSQL to store metadata. The database retains some disk space for its internal files (base, pg_wal) as part of normal operation. This space is reused internally and is not immediately freed up for the operating system.
