Question
When adding a free ESXi v7.0.2 host to the NAKIVO Backup & Replication inventory, the product does not discover the host. How can I solve this problem?
Answer
This problem is a known issue of NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10.3. It occurs because free ESXi v7.0.2 hosts use a newer version of OpenSSH which automatically disables some of the SSH server algorithms supported by NAKIVO Backup & Replication. Therefore, to solve the problem, you need to configure your SSH server algorithms by editing the sshd config file at /etc/ssh/sshd_config.
